As per the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we are prepared to promptly address any copyright infringement claims reported through our designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the notice template below.

If you are the copyright holder, have been authorized to represent one, or have exclusive rights under copyright, please inform us about any perceived copyright violations occurring on or via our website (the "Site"). This can be done by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement, which should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of your notice, we will assess the situation and take necessary actions, including removing the infringing content from the Site if deemed appropriate.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed, or, if applicable, you may submit a representative list of multiple works believed to be infringed upon.

• 5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly submits false claims regarding copyright infringement may face liability.

If you believe that your content was removed, or access to it was suspended, and you assert that it is not infringing or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to post and use the material, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or rendered inaccessible and its original location on the Site prior to removal or access being disabled;
• 3. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled because of a mistake or an error in identifying the content;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement acknowledging your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles and an agreement to accept service of process from the party who notified you of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant that we might restore the removed content or cease the disabling action within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a court action for an injunction against the content provider or user, we may reinstate the removed content or restore access within 10 to 14 business days, at our sole discretion.

As per the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have established a policy for terminating users identified as repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we may also limit access to the Site or terminate accounts of individuals who infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, regardless of whether it constitutes repeated infringement.
